Tutoring Opportunities

Crete-Monee School District 201-U Tutoring Service Resources

Throughout the school year, families inquire about tutoring services for their students. The Office of Teaching and Learning maintains a list of licensed teachers and staff within our district who have expressed an interest in providing tutoring services.

If you are interested in providing tutoring services, please contact Lynn Hardaway at 708-367-8345 or [email protected]. Please provide the following information:

  • Name
  • Building
  • State of Illinois License Number
  • Grade Level(s) Licensed to Teach
  • Subjects (If Applicable)
  • Personal Phone Number for Parents
  • Personal Email Address for Parents

Compensation, location, and schedule for tutoring services will be coordinated between the individual tutor and the family. CM 201-U doesn’t set prices, collect payments, provide schedules, etc. For liability reasons, tutoring can’t be performed on school property. However, if permitted, you can tutor at a local library or an alternate location agreed upon by the family and the tutor.

Tutoring is an independent activity, CM 201-U (OTL) is only providing names and contact information to families based on the information we receive from interested staff.

OTL contact information for tutoring resources is available to families on the CM 201-U website, under the “Parent” tab. Parent requests and inquiries will be forwarded to the appropriate tutors based on the information provided.

If you have any questions, please contact Ghantel Perkins, Assistant Superintendent of Teaching and Learning.
