The Hold-in-Place and Teach protocol was enacted today at Monee Elementary at 1:04 p.m. due to a domestic situation that involved a student. The Monee Police Department was notified and upon their arrival, it was decided to engage emergency services to further investigate the situation. The protocol was lifted at 1:44 p.m.
