As part of the school district’s promise to focus on “Supporting ‘U’” (staff and faculty), Crete-Monee School District 201-U hosted onsite flu shots and biometric screenings for all employees. Flu shots and biometrics are a great early detection and a preventative maintenance program that helps reduce the severity of a variety of illnesses.
Flu shots and biometric screenings were available at Crete-Monee High School, Crete-Monee Middle School, Monee Elementary, Balmoral Elementary, Crete Elementary, and Early Learning Center on various days where all staff were given the opportunity to schedule a time to participate. We hope that staff and faculty took the opportunity to utilize this free benefit in order to better their health and move forward with efforts to reduce health insurance premiums within the school district.
