New Student Registration

Welcome to the District 201-U family! New families to the district must register their child by completing a new student online form. Once the form has been submitted, you will be instructed to select an appointment date to be interview by phone. All required documents MUST be received prior to your scheduled appointment. Missing documents will STOP the process. Please see the FAQs below for information about submitting documents.

NOTE: If you already have a student enrolled in CM 201-U and are enrolling a new student, you must use a different email address than the one already on file. This new email address will be used for the New Student Registration Process only.

School Fee Waivers

If you believe you qualify for a school fee waiver and you did not receive a Direct Certification letter from the district, you are required to complete a Fee Waiver/Fee Reduction application and provide supporting documentation of family size and income. Applications will be reviewed by District Administration and a response will be sent within (30) days of receipt of the completed application.

Form 4506-T must be filled out and submitted to the IRS and attached to your Fee Waiver Form. You may also access the form via the IRS website at: Completed applications should be sent to the District 201-U Administration Center or deposited in the convenient drop box outside of the Administration Office located at 1500 Sangamon, Crete, IL 60417.

New Student Testing

New student testing will be postponed until we are able to open our district office and students can safely test on-site.
