BPAC Information

What is BPAC?

BPAC is a committee required for districts with Transitional Bilingual Education and Transitional Program Instruction programs. The committee consists of bilingual program parents, legal guardians of ELs, TBE/TPI teachers, and administrators.

The Bilingual Parent Advisory Committee (BPAC) will:

  • Create an outreach plan to increase participation
  • Meet four times per year
  • Plan and host four family events
  • Participate in the planning, operation, and evaluation of programs and give recommendations to the district regarding the programs
Mission
To be an organization that represents the interests and needs of the bilingual community in the Crete-Monee School District 201-U through active participation in the educational process of our students and decision making that will have an impact in the education our children receive.
