Pay your 2019-20 fees online through e~funds! AVAILABLE July 15th
Families will be required to pay school fees in full at the time of registration. The Crete-Monee School District utilizes an online payment program called e~Funds for Schools. This program offers various options for parent/guardians to make payments online and is extremely user-friendly. There is no fee for using this payment program. Enjoy the flexibility of making a payment at any time through the school's website. Account balances are updated in real-time.

School Fee Waivers

If you believe you qualify for a school fee waiver and you did not receive a Direct Certification letter from the district, you are required to complete a Fee Waiver/Fee Reduction application and provide supporting documentation of family size and income. Applications will be reviewed by District Administration and a response will be sent within (30) days of receipt of the completed application. Download the Fee Waiver/Fee Reduction application.

Form 4506-T must be filled out and submitted to the IRS and attached to your current Fee Waiver Form. You may also access the form via the IRS website at Completed applications should be sent to the District 201-U Administration Center or deposited in the convenient drop box outside of the Administration Office located at 1500 Sangamon, Crete, IL 60417.

If you believe you have a balance due in error, please fill out the "Balance Dispute Appeal Form", attach your supporting documentation, and return the completed form to the Business Office Fee Appeals, Administration Center, 1500 S Sangamon Street, Crete, IL 60417. Phone calls will not be accepted; all appeals must be submitted via the proper form.
