2022-23 Health Requirements

It is important that your child receives the State of Illinois required health examinations and immunizations while on break from school. Please schedule an appointment with your health care provider as soon as possible as the first day of school (August 25th) is the date that proof of the examinations and immunizations is required to be provided to the school nurse.
