Registration Dates for the 2014-15 School Year
Returning registration is closed August 4 - 9, 2014.
Late registration will be held at your student's respective school beginning August 11, 2014.
Please contact your respective building for times. Returning families with multiple children in multiple buildings can register all students at one building.
New family registration is currently available by appointment only.

the District 201-U Administration Center located at 1500 Sangamon

Those families that received a letter dated March 2014 concerning
residency, will be required to schedule an appointment with the
district registrar by calling (708) 367-8390. During this time,
parents/guardians must provide updated residency information in the form
of a current lease or mortgage along with a current utility bill.
Also, returning families that received a letter stating that they were
not in compliance for student medical records must also schedule an
appointment with the district registrar and provide updated medical
records along with required registration documentation.

National School Lunch Program/School Fee Waivers
Parents who wish to apply for free or reduced meals must attend Annual Registration between July 28 and August 1. After Annual Registration, Meal applications may also be completed at the Sixth Grade Center (760 W. Exchange Street). Hours are Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. The Food Service meal application process will take about 15 minutes. Please keep in mind that completing a school meal application is a completely separate process from applying for a school fee waiver.
Parents who wish to apply for school fee waivers must apply during Walk-In or Annual Registration from July 7, 2014 thru August 1, 2014. Fee Waivers will also be available after registration at the Income Verification Department located at the District Administration Center (1500 Sangamon Street). Hours for income verification are Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Please be advised school fees will be assessed without proof of a fee waiver; therefore, .

New Student Testing
If you have a student entering
Grade 2 through Grade 11
, and you are new to the district or your student was not enrolled in one of our district schools for the 2013-2014 school year, your student will be required to take a placement test. Tests will be administered Monday through Thursday at your choice of 8:15 AM, 10:15 AM, or 2:15 PM at the district office, 1500 S Sangamon St, during the summer

Bus Route Information
If your child is registered by Monday, August 11, 2014, transportation will
be provided beginning on the first day of school. After this date,
parents/guardians will be responsible for transporting their children to
and from school until transportation can be assigned. This will take no
more than 5 business days from the date your child is registered.
ATTENTION NEW STUDENTS TO CRETE-MONEE HIGH SCHOOL
New students who complete registration after
This allows students to complete an orientation program that includes
placement testing, a record and transcript review, guidance counseling,
career counseling, four year academic planning, student handbook review,
and course scheduling. Monday, August 25, 2014 will be required to attend our Transitional High School Program at Monee Education Center for no more than five days.
