Community Procedures and Guidelines for eFlyer Approval
District 201U often receives requests from various organizations to distribute information materials to our students and families. Peachjar will deliver this information electronically and provide users with a place to access information that has been submitted from parent groups, non-profit organizations, intergovernmental agencies, service organizations, and business partners for distribution and information consumption.
Community Groups and Outside Organization Distribution
CM201-U does not distribute flyers over any breaks (Thanksgiving, Winter, Spring, and Summer).
Please allow up to 48 hours for the district/school office to approve or deny your flyer for distribution.
All requests to distribute information must be approved by the selected school(s) or district office. Organizations that wish to distribute information must first register with Peachjar as an “Enrichment or Community Organization” and upload your flyer for distribution to your desired school(s). To request flyer approval, follow the steps below. Once approved, your flyer will be emailed to all parents and posted online.
Paper flyers from outside organizations will no longer be distributed.

Your flyer will be automatically submitted to the selected school(s) or district office. Designated staff will review the material and approve or deny based on the
standards below. Peachjar charges a fee for this service that is typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers to each school.
Peachjar’s service fee will be waived in Crete-Monee School District when a local community organization is promoting a free event that does not entice participants to join a fee-based program, or purchase products or services.

Each school site has its own Peachjar administrator who uploads these flyers. Please contact your school office if your flyer falls under one of the categories above.
eFlyer Approval Guidlines
Information notices or flyers must meet the following guidelines in order to be approved for posting:
All information or proposed activities must be
for students. Activities should relate to a school function, or purpose, or offer appealing recreational options for students.
appropriate Activities should accommodate a community-wide need and must be significant for the population served within the boundaries of District 201U.
Flyers may not include any verbiage regarding alcohol, tobacco, drugs, or similar products.
Flyers cannot endorse political candidates, parties, or issues associated with a local, state or federal election.
Flyers for fundraisers will only be approved for district organizations in which the proceeds will benefit the students of Crete-Monee.
Information flyers will not be authorized on behalf of any organization which may create a disruptive force or a threat to the educational process, or may explicitly promote a religious ideology.
Commercial publications are considered materials developed to promote products or services rendered for profit. The district will not approve the distribution or posting of commercial publications.
The sponsoring organization’s name must be prominently displayed on the flyer.
Materials or flyers that are approved by the district for posting on our website will be posted for informational purposes only. District approval of an informational flyer does not imply District 201U’s exclusive endorsement of any organization.
