On March 5, administrators made the decision to cancel school due to inclement weather. State Law requires that children make up this lost day of instruction. The last day for ELC will be May 31. The last day for all other district schools will be June 4.

In the 2007-2008 school year, the Board of Education and Superintendent worked with over 50 staff and community members and developed a long range strategic plan that outlines the long range goals of the district and has become the guiding influence in all of the organization's work as it relates to major decisions and actions over the next five years.
