How to Schedule an Appointment
You may schedule an appointment to register your child by calling the District Registrar's Office at (708) 367-8390. Appointments will be held at the District Administration Center (1500 Sangamon Street; Crete, IL 60417)
beginning Monday, August 1, 2016
, and continuing through the start of the school year. Appointments will be scheduled Monday-Thursday from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
It will take approximately 30 minutes to register. Do not delay in scheduling your appointment as time slots may fill up quickly.
To expedite the process, registration forms may be downloaded and completed prior to your scheduled appointment. Beginning July 1, registration packets will also be available at the District Administration Center, village halls, and libraries.

School Fee Waivers
If you believe you qualify for a school fee waiver and you did not receive a Direct Certification letter from the district, you are required to complete a Fee Waiver/Fee Reduction application and provide supporting documentation of family size and income. Applications will be reviewed by District Administration and a response will be sent within (30) days of receipt of the completed application. National School Lunch Program
If you believe your child qualifies for free or reduced priced meals, you may complete a School Meal Application. Applications will be available beginning July 20 at Crete-Monee High School. Completing a Meal Application is separate from the registration process. If your registration appointment is prior to July 20, it will be necessary to return to complete a Meal Application. New Student Testing
If you have a student entering
Grade 2 through Grade 11
, and you are new to the district or your student was not enrolled in one of our district schools for the 2015-2016 school year, your student will be required to take a placement test. Tests will be administered Monday through Thursday at your choice of 8:15 AM, 10:15 AM, or 2:15 PM at the district office, 1500 S Sangamon St, during the summer
