8th Grade Science Assessment

This May, Illinois students in Grades 5, 8, and Biology will take the new Illinois Science Assessment. This assessment is designed to measure student learning on the new Illinois Science Standards incorporating the Next Generation Science Standards.

CMMS Choir

The CMMS choir performed at the 2016 SSJHSA Festvial on April 12th. The students received a Division I Rating! Click below to see their performance. Their first song, "Hello" starts at 5:40. The second song, "Poor Wayfaring Stranger" starts at 10:40.

CMMS offers opportunity to preorder summer reading book for $5


All students that will attend CMMS in the Fall of 2016 will be required to read the same book, per grade level. A convenient option for obtaining the book is for parents to preorder the book with CMMS by Friday, April 29th.

Uganda BBEL Academy

During the 2014 - 2015 school year, Mrs. Harms led a school wide campaign for CMMS students to gather donations for the BBEL (pronounced 'bell') Academy. Mrs. Harms passed along some pictures of the students receiving the items we collected last year.
